Black walnut and ebony coffee table inspired by Greene and Greene and Darrell Peart. Finished with danish oil and wax.
Bridle joint with ebony plugs.
Original version was found on a G&G plant stand.

The "cloud lift" on the bottom rails are a common G&G detail.
The ebony I used was sent home by a soldier during WWII.
Leg detent originally found in G&G's Blacker house.
I used left over black walnut from the coffee table for the cubby bottom and batten plugs.
Glass top comes off allowing photos to be placed underneath.
Final resting place.

Plain sawn white oak and black walnut entryway bench inspired by Gustav Stickley. Finished with stain and polyurethane.
