North Carolina

Our first impressions coming into North Carolina felt oddly familiar.  The hills were welcoming and the drive through the Appalachian mountains were beautiful.  We grabbed dinner in Asheville, and found a place with gorgeous views and a familiar name.  I think we’re going to like it here. :)

Road to the Keys

After a winter hibernation we got back on the road to sunny Florida. What started as an opportunity to join my sister at an aerial yoga clinic in Sarasota and for John to get lazy on the beach for a bit, evolved into a first time journey down to the Florida keys, and as far as the road would take us. :)  We were fortunate, as always, to get to experience new landscapes and make many new friends.

   Whether you just need to take the weight off your joints and lengthen your spine, get a different perspective from the world upside down or reconnect to your inner child while flying through the air... I’ll also be traveling with my hammock and look forward to sharing my practice along the way.

Catching Up

We have been blessed to have spent this winter into spring getting to visit with many family members from all over the country.  Although we have recently felt a little lost on our own path, we remember there is a divine timing to everything...and in this moment, we are exactly where we are meant to be.  You can’t wish away parts of your journey wanting for something different.  All you can do is work towards your true purpose in this life.  Sometimes finding out what exactly that is...well, that’s all part of the journey  ; )

  Lately, we’ve found meaning in everyday projects...enjoying cooking for those we love, learning to bake the best bread, creating stained glass art pieces, remodeling a kitchen and more, playing with horses and goats, learning the art of aerial yoga, and researching our next steps.

For those of you we haven’t seen in awhile, we hope to soon...or at least have an open door for you to come visit.  :)  Stay true to yourself, and remain thankful.  We are sure thankful for all of you.**
